Size Guide | Fitting Information

Island Slipper sizes are based on the U.S. standard and are available in medium width and whole sizes only. If you normally wear a half size, we suggest you order the closest whole size. Example: if you wear a size 7½ we suggest you order a size 8.

All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. Upon receipt of your order a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of your entire purchase (including shipping). Your credit card will be charged when your order is completed and ready to be shipped.

Please enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your statement, as this information will be used to validate your credit card. If necessary we will contact you using secure messages through your account.

Custom Order

One of the benefits of hand making each pair as it is ordered is that we can tailor the product to each customer's needs.
You may call us for a custom order if you have been fitted at one of our stores in the past and you know exactly what you need such as

  • larger or smaller last
  • split size
  • extra lift

There may be additional fees depending on the customization.

Cancel or Change An Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve already placed, please call Customer Service at 1-800-657-7796 or send us a secure message through Your Account.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped you will need to return it to Island Slipper. If the product is deemed re-sellable your account will be credited for the amount of the slipper only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

Options

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Order multiple pairs and save on the cost of shipping.

Normal transit time for domestic (Hawaii and the continental US) orders is 3-5 business days. Normal transit time for international destinations is 8-10 business days.

International customers are responsible for all duty and tariff fees associated with the order.

If you prefer shipment via an alternate method (FedEx, UPS etc) please indicate in comments during checkout or reply to your order confirmation email. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and will bill you accordingly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframe

We at Island Slipper take pride in the fact that all of our footwear is handmade to order in our Hawaii factory. We do our best to expedite orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks after the order is received.

If we expect to take longer we will contact you to verify that it is acceptable.

Returns & Exchanges

Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return or exchange. We will accommodate your request provided the following criteria are met:

  • The item was purchased directly from the Island Slipper website or Island Slipper Customer Service.
  • The item is returned within 30 days from the shipment date.
  • The item is unworn, unaltered and in re-saleable condition.
  • All original tags are attached.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Customer Service through Your Account to request a Return Authorization Number
  2. Package the product with the following:
    • Return Authorization Number
    • your name
    • contact information
    • reason for return
    • copy of invoice
  3. Mail the package to:

  4. If the product is deemed re-sellable your account will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original transaction for the amount of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Exchange a Product

  1. Contact Customer Service through Your Account to request a Return Authorization Number
  2. Package the product with the following:
    • Return Authorization Number
    • your name
    • contact information
    • reason for return
    • copy of invoice
  3. Mail the package to:

    Customer Service - Exchange

  4. If the product is deemed re-sellable we will hand make your new pair and charge your original form of payment for any difference in price plus shipping for the exchange product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Check Order Status

You will receive an email when you place your order and when your order is shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your order login to Your Account and click View Messages. You will be able to send a secure message regarding your order.

If we have questions regarding your order we will contact you through Your Account and you will receive an email prompting you to check your messages.
